Ceramic

Standard form of tiling using glazed tiles that incorporate borders/décor tiles to create your desired effect.

Porcelain

Similar finish to ceramic but porcelain tiles are hard wearing, more durable plus chip resistant making them suitable for high traffic areas (i.e floors) many porcelains offer the appearance of natural stone without the maintenance.

Natural stone

This covers many different types :- slate, quarry, travertine, marble, granite, and quartz these are high end of the market due to the lengthy process involved in machining each tile to the desired size & finish, natural stone tiles used anywhere can create a timeless finish to your home, special adhesives have to be used plus all tiles must be sealed making this a more expensive option.

Mosaic

These are small tiles fixed to a membrane made from either ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass or metal, mainly used on walls a very popular choice as a border to use alongside other tiles.

Victorian

In a wide range of colours and sizes used to create old period or Victorian patterns ideal for restoration of older buildings, but can also add a distinctive touch of class to feature areas in modern properties, again a more expensive option due to preparation and planning involved.
